let the art of watercolor bring you delight

Creative outlets of all varieties are so valuable. They give us a chance to slow our pace and become fully present as we make something out of nothing and add beauty to our days. What a gift this is!

My favorite art form happens to be watercolor. I’ve been painting since I was a little girl and haven’t stopped since.

Here are three things I love most about watercolor:

  1. It only requires a few supplies (see below!) and is easily portable.
  2. The blending and layering of the watery paint on paper is mesmerizing to watch.
  3. Watercolor can not not be pretty. Even the messiest of scribbles look lovely when done with paints and a brush.

It is my pleasure to teach you how to watercolor. You’ll be delighted with what you can create!

One of the very best parts of watercolor (besides the gorgeous paint effect!) is how accessible it is. The few supplies you need are readily available at your local craft store or online and you can set up your work space easily.
